eCRM and eDM. Retaining and growing customer relationships is essential to grow your business. We are experts in Relationship and Loyalty marketing and can plan, create, build and broadcast and manage your email marketing programmes.
Our design studio creates exciting and effective design for many of our clients. And whilst we print less and less now, it's important that online documents retain the quality you'd expect within a hard-copy version.
We understand the true power of design, not just in terms of visual appeal, but also in its ability to connect and communicate instantly and effectively with its audience.
We don't just focus on the aesthetic; we combine our strategic skills and copy writing skills to ensure the end result not only looks great, but is effective in achieving the communication objectives whilst remaining on brand.

KIS works with many clients to help re-position and refresh existing identities and create new brands, providing a lot of expertise in brand strategy and visual identity.
We start by carrying out a brand audit and stakeholder research to help us define the values, positioning and DNA of the brand. We then take this into naming and strapline development and then ultimately develop the visual identity - creation of logos, corporate identity and onwards to online and offline presentations. Launching the new brand to employees is always a fun and exciting aspect of what we do.
